New - A beautiful classic, sweet blackcurrant Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose is sweet and enticing, and the palate no disappointment with elegant, smooth black fruits with a hint of minty eucalyptus and a fantastic finish. We were very excited to find these wines which are produced in the Tulum Valley, in the province of San Juan. With a 300-day annual sun exposure, a 20 degree temperature range and only 150mm of average rainfull you know you are going to a get a ripe, full bodied cabernet, but the cool nights ensure the wine retains its elegance. This wine is not yet available but due in at the end of the month. |
